Financial Planning & Reporting Analyst – Enterprise

Description
We are looking for a motivated & passionate candidate with minimum 2 years of experience to contributing to the preparation of different financial reports and financial estimations (budget, forecasts & business plan) on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. In addition to assisting in the preparation of business cases and commercial concepts as well as calculating and controlling commission schemes for different products & services. Also, assessing and identifying potential financial risks and preventive measures while adhering to international standards and Zain’s financial and accounting policies.
Main responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Assisting in the preparation of accounting and financial reports, budgets, forecasts, analyses, and business plans.
- Collaborating with different departments within Zain in the aim of preparing consolidated budgets.
- Assisting in the preparation of Zain’s business plans with consolidating financial statements and other financial reports.
- Monitoring operational and capital expenditure through purchase requisitions process.
- Analyzing current trends and costs, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred as well as assessing future expenses.
- Reviewing and updating the costing module for all products in order to be used for pricing and profitability analyses.

Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver effective internal communications campaigns, that include creating written and visual content.

We are looking for an Internal Investigation Team Member with minimum 2 years experience to conducting internal investigations of possible violations of Zain Jordan’s internal policies/procedures, Laws & Regulations. These include but are not limited to; alleged fraud (internal and/or external); corruption; regulatory breaches; information leakage; cybercrime; and other matters that may seriously impact vital interests of the company.
Main Tasks:-
- Conduct investigations related to threats originating from external sources outside the company, and internal incidents and issues.
- Correctly identify affected persons and potential witnesses that are involved in incidents and conduct interviews utilizing mature interviewing techniques and skills specific to corporate investigations.
- Incident Validation & Analysis by checking system/application logs, checking database tables for operational transactions (CDR traffic, adjustments, payments, etc.), and checking applications and tools.
- Work extensively with other investigative departments which include Legal, HR and Administration, Revenue Assurance & Fraud Management, Internal Audit, risk Management and Security Governance.
- Issue a detailed report with full scope, analysis, results, evidence and recommendations to Internal Investigation.
- Requesting reports, justifications, clarifications, and documents from different parties including system owners, business owners, suspected employee’s management and any other party as needed.
What Do You Need to Qualify

We are looking for a motivated & passionate candidate to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization’s operations and internal controls in order to maintain and enhance its value. Perform internal audits, as part of the total internal audit plan. Develop internal audit scope, perform internal audit procedures, prepare reports reflecting the results of the work performed, and follow-up on the status of outstanding findings. Coordinate between the Group’s internal audit team & Zain Jordan internal departments and ensure closure of the audits’ findings within the agreed deadlines.
Main responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Participate in scheduled internal reviews, audits and assessment exercises for current processes, policies, and procedures.
- Prepare the internal audit project plan, including detailed checklists for the audit scope covering; internal policies, procedures, work instructions, int’l standards, laws & regulations, previous audit findings and best practices.
- During the fieldwork the internal auditor shall objectively review the implementation of business processes, identify and assess areas of significant business risk, and obtain evidence to endorse the findings & analyze data and reports to understand process performance and identify irregular trends and behaviors, conduct audit required visits.
- Prepare draft internal audit reports reflecting the results of the work performed, the detailed findings, evidence found, and recommendations where appropriate to improve business processes efficiency.
- Present findings to upper management in form of reports and presentations and obtain managements approval.
