Senior Account Manager (Large Accounts) – ICT
Key Accountabilities :

 

  • Promote and sell ICT products and services to business account customers to meet their needs and to achieve the set sales and revenue targets.
  • Close cooperation and contribution with the Account Managers in charge of Business accounts to meet the ICT target and ensure that the ICT is taken into consideration.
  • Reach customer satisfaction through maintaining professional, long lasting relationship with customers through answering their calls, professional emails, and visits.
  • Handle the accounts on the define perimeter (ICT Products & Services) from retention, resolving complaints, upsell & cross sell.
  • Lead with Pre sales team on quotations and bids from partners and vendors and ensure profitability of the bids.
  • Lead the preparation of commercial proposals in close cooperation with the Account managers and other relevant contributors (Lega & Finance..etc) and check final proposal to be sent to customers.
  • Partner with internal parties (Service delivery, Customer Care, Marketing, Technical teams, ICT Project Manager…etc) to ensure products and services reach the customer in a timely manners.
  • Proactive mode in knowing the market and detect any threats or opportunities.
  • Manage customer activities on tools (ITSR, ECRM ..etc) on daily basis, for efficiency and visibility, also to follow up on pending/closed cases.
  • Achieve Monthly/Quarter target and adhere to performance policy.
  • Provide inputs and recommendations regarding the choice of relevant vendors and partners.
  • Coordinate with ICT project managers and designated parties to ensure proper service delivery and implementation.
  • Support collection team to collect ICT revenue.
  • Manage customer activities on tools (ITSR, ECRM ..etc) on daily basis for efficiency and visibility, also to follow up on pending/closed cases.
  • Maintain and achieve all B2B KPIs including portfolio coverage, daily visits and DVOC (dynamic voice of customer).

 

Education & Experience :

 

  • BSc in Telecommunications, network engineering, IT, Business Administration or Marketing.
  • Excellent knowledge of IT and telecom.
  • 5 – 7 years of experience in Large ICT business.
  • Good technical and commercial understanding of ICT solutions, delivery and Quality of Service.
  • Experience in technical sales is a must.
  • Good experience of project management process and tools will be an advantage.
